Our Zeiss Contura G2 CMM utilizes VAST® scanning technology that enables form inspections at maximum speed with high-quality measuring results. This allows S&W to detect process changes at an early stage, ensure production quality and reduce rejected parts.
Mitutoyo Optical Comparator
Our Mitutoyo Optical Comparator (PH-14LS) has horizontal and vertical orientation with 10x Magnification. These best-in-class optical measuring tools include measuring microscopes and profile projectors and allow us to accurately measure features down to the micron level. High numerical apertures and high-accuracy scales enable precision accuracy and intuitive non-contact measurement.
